The Best Technology

Closings can take place in one of our office locations or via remote online notarization and virtual closings. Through our industry-leading technology, our closing experience doesn’t require buyers and sellers to be in the same room at the same time. Before your closing, we will discuss your preferences and what option works best for you.

Why Title Insurance?

Title insurance is not as well understood as other types of insurance, but it is just as important. When buying a home, you are really purchasing the title to that property—the right to occupy and use the space. Title insurance insures against financial loss caused by defects in that title to real estate. Title insurance companies defend against lawsuits attacking the title, or in the case of a covered loss, reimburse the insured up to the policy limit.
